The terms “you” and “your” refer to a consumer who submits a credit application (“Application”) to obtain a loan in connection with AutoCreditAssistance.com and it’s affiliated partners. By agreeing to receive information from us electronically, you may receive certain disclosures, notices, information and documents related to your Application and loan (“Documents”) electronically, which may include through our web site(s), other web sites related to the Application, and your email address. The Documents you may receive from us electronically will include, but are not limited to, the Application, this Consent for Electronic Documents, the Consent for Sharing and Use of Information, our Privacy Policy, the Consent for SMS/Texting, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act notice, all of which are outlined on this document. This Consent for Electronic Documents informs you of your rights regarding receiving these Documents electronically. You will be unable to submit an Application unless you consent to receiving Documents electronically. Your consent is considered verification that you have read and understand the disclosures on this page. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Documents electronically at any time by contacting us via email at optout@autocreditassistance.com. If you decide to withdraw your consent, any Document that we provided to you prior to the withdrawal of consent as an electronic Document will remain valid, enforceable, sufficient for its intended purpose, and unaffected by the withdrawal of your consent. If you decide to withdraw your consent for electronic Documents, you will not have the option later to receive Documents from us electronically.

  1. THAT YOU CAN RECEIVE (PRINT) DOCUMENTS ELECTRONICALLY AND CAN ACCESS AND RETAIN THOSE DOCUMENTS;
  2. THAT YOU CAN RECEIVE AND READ EMAIL MESSAGES SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDE TO US;

  5. THAT THE ACTIONS DESCRIBED HERE OR ON THE DOCUMENTS WILL SERVE AS YOUR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE ON ANY SUCH DOCUMENTS; AND

AutoCreditAssistance.com and its lenders or 3rd party affiliates DO NOT charge to send or receive text messages as part of our application process. However, messages and data rates may apply. Please consult with your wireless carrier for applicable text messaging fees. Once your mobile device has been activated, you may opt-out of the service via email at optout@autocreditassistance.com. We may modify or terminate our text messaging services from time to time, for any reason and without notice, including the right to terminate text messaging without notice, without liability to you, any other user or a third party. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use from time to time without notice. Please review these Terms of Use from time to time so that you are timely notified of any changes. Additionally, you agree that we may send any SMS Statement Notifications through your communication service provider in order to deliver them to you. You agree to provide a valid mobile phone number for these services. You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability, cost and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fee) arising from your provision of a mobile phone number that is not your own or your violation of applicable federal, state or local law, regulation or ordinance.
